1. Return Authorization
All returns must be approved in advance and are accepted solely at the discretion of All Things Equine. We review each request individually to ensure fairness while preserving the integrity of our handcrafted process.
2. Eligibility
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Only unused, undamaged items in original condition will be considered. Custom or personalized pieces may not be eligible for return, as they are created specifically for you.
3. Approval & Processing
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions if approved. Unauthorized or unapproved returns may be refused or returned to sender. Upon acceptance and inspection, a refund or exchange will be arranged as appropriate.
4. Responsibility & Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable carrier to ensure safe delivery of your return.
